At first glance Empower Network looks just like any other Affiliate marketing company. Like any other company it has a product to market. They offer their affiliates a commission for each sale.
So what makes Empower Network different.? Two things stand out. The commission they offer and the compensation plan that produces a residual income for the affiliates. [for an understanding of residual income please see this post of mine.]
The main product is the VIRAL BLOGGING SYSTEM. A plug and play blogging system that anyone can use. It has been designed for the person who does not know anything about blogging or online marketing. This product cost $25/month. If you want the affiliate membership that will allow you to market the product and earn commission then you have to pay an additional $19.95/month.
So is it worth it. That question is best answered when you look at the whole picture. The commission for each sale is 100%. When you make a sale of the VIRAL BLOGGING SYSTEM the entire cost of the product comes to you, that is $25 is yours. So each time you make a sale you receive $25.
By itself this is a good deal but things get really interesting when you understand the compensation plan and how you can use it to create a residual income.
When you refer a person, lets call him Max. The 100% commission earned by your sale is yours. The compensation plan requires Max to pass-up his 2nd, 3rd, 6th and every 5th sale after that to you. Now if Max refers 11 people. His 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 11th sale commissions are yours.
This is done as a reward to you for bringing in Max. [Max in turn will receive his pass-ups from his referrals.]
